Our operation specialist discovered our support site's internal search was behaving erratically when users searched content. While we were waiting for engineering teams to prioritize the work, I created a landing page as a workaround.
Since the content was viewed overwhelmingly on mobile devices (~85%), I had to balance linking to all content but avoiding excessive scroll. Article links were placed into drop-down sections under shared topics to ensure users found their topic. Each section features links to brand assets to learn more and download the NTC and NRC App.
