This long-form article was created in collaboration with Nike’s Organic Growth Team to build more search equity for Nike product and sport related questions. Out aim was to answer size and fit questions in an accurate and on-brand way.

Approach

To chronicle the origins of Nike Dunks and their journey of constant reinvention from the basketball court to skate parks to Fashion Week runways. I researched thousands of product reviews, search inquiries, and interviewed Nike fit experts to understand the needs driving search traffic.

While the goal of organic content is capturing search traffic and subtly encouraging conversions, my copy had a enthusiastic conversational tone. Interspersing product carousels with available product allowed readers to search product walls without overshadowing the information.
